Zerkalo Sociologic Servis (Tashkent) is inviting applications for the position of Junior Analyst — responsible for methodology development, data analysis, and the preparation of final reports for research projects.
Zerkalo Sociologic Servis is part of Zerkalo Analytics Group — a leading research group in Central Asia that unites four organizations in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
We conduct a full cycle of sociological and marketing research: surveys (CAPI/CATI), focus groups, in-depth interviews, observations, and project evaluations. We believe that high-quality data are the foundation for decisions that improve society.

Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring methodological rigor and deep understanding of research results:
- Tool and Methodology Development: Design research methodology; prepare questionnaires and sampling plans.
- Translation Quality Control: Organize the translation of research instruments, ensuring that translations are accurate, appropriate, clear to respondents, and preserve the original meaning of questions.
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data and write structured analytical reports.
- Presentation of Findings: Prepare and, when required, deliver client presentations with key findings and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in sociology, marketing, statistics, economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst in sociological/marketing research.
- Knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research methods and statistics.
- Confident use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, or others).
- Experience developing research instruments (questionnaires, guides) and writing analytical reports.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek; English is an advantage.
