Zerkalo Sociologic Servis (Tashkent) is inviting applications for a Data Collection Manager — a specialist responsible for the quality and organization of field research across Uzbekistan.
Zerkalo Sociologic Servis is part of Zerkalo Analytics Group — a leading research group in Central Asia that unites four organizations in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
We conduct a full cycle of sociological and marketing research: surveys (CAPI/CATI), focus groups, in-depth interviews, observations, and project evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Collection Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the high-quality and timely execution of studies:
- Recruitment: Organize hiring and selection of field staff nationwide.
- Training: Develop and deliver trainings for interviewers and supervisors.
- Fieldwork Organization: Coordinate tablet/smartphone-based surveys (CAPI/CATI) in line with the methodology.
- Quality Control: Ensure methodological compliance, verify data quality, and resolve field issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Support, motivate, and manage field personnel.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sociological or marketing research (as a supervisor, coordinator, or manager).
- Proven experience managing and training teams of 5–10+ people.
- Understanding of quantitative data collection principles (survey methods).
- Experience with digital data collection tools (tablet/smartphone surveys, CAPI/CATI) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek; English is an advantage.
